Chongqing Astronautic Bashan Motor Tiller Department specializes in the development, manufacture and sales of gasoline utility engines, diesel engines, generators, water pumps, garden machinery and agricultural cultivating machinery.
Our head company was established in 2002 with $29.76 million. We now have 12 product lines and 1,800 workers in our five factories covering 52,000 square meters. ERP and OA management systems are used in our company. Annual productivity exceeds 1.1 million units; we produce 700,000 gasoline engines, 200,000 gasoline generator sets and water pump sets, and 200,000 mini-tillers. We have 45 R&D staff with eight years' experience on average. They have worked in Honda and other famous companies. Our R&D staff can also speak in directly with buyers in English and Russian. More than 173 sets of machines for our R&D are used. As such, we can offer two new items per month as well as design and offer a sample with 30 days based on your request.
Our 67 QC personnel with eight years' experience on average use more than 70 sets of test machines to inspect the whole process, from raw materials to completed products. Eight QCs are assigned for each product line. We are ISO 9001:2008-certified, and our products meet CCC, EPA, CABEO, GS, CE and other certifications. One-year warranty is available, but nearly none has been returned.
